Our Chocolate Cherry Stout gains its signature flavor from the original Luxardo Maraschino Cherries. These cocktail cherries serve as a counterpoint to the 100% Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa we use, dark chocolate notes from the malt bill provide a easy to consumed beverage. Lightly hopped for balance, this stout is one of the most popular barrel aged beers we bottle each year.

Founded in 1821 Luxardo was a distillery on the Croatian coast prior to them producing world famous cherries.
Ghirardelli started in San Francisco more than 160 years ago, they are America's oldest continuously operated chocolate maker.
Red Velvet Saison
8.4 % Alcohol By Volume
The Red Velvet Saison has a very, very, dry finish with Fruity esters and peppery phenolic notes from fermentation occasionally fortified by an eclectic mix of herbs and spices. Our version of this stye of saison has a uniquly higher ABV % than most simular saisons.
